I'm delighted that I will start being evaluated as a support specialist this year, instead of as a teacher; it definitely makes more sense--now more than ever. In looking to develop SLO and IAGDs, ideas before I re-invent the wheel? With hybrid and the library closed, my role is mostly coordinating Chromebook repairs (with some video lessons for classes, one-on-one support to staff and students, and reminding staff about accessing materials online). We are closed,and have no curriculum, so normally collaborative lessons are "voluntary." Teachers are needed to delay research and other projects.
