Hi!

I hosted a few book clubs for adults this past summer. Meeting with everyone was truly one of the highlights of my summer.

Here is a Wakelet of my resources for From the Desk of Zoe Washington.
I shared the Wakelet in advance, without the Google Slides presentation. (That I used to guide us when the club met.)
No one really took to answering questions on the Padlet, although I still love the format. I also invited the members to add resources to the Wakelet, but no one did. And I always give away a book!

If I was to do it with kids, I would definitely have Google Slides with questions ready in advance. And I LOVE Catherine's idea of adding "fun stuff."

Hello, My SLO includes having book clubs for remote learners only. Do any of you have any tips for hosting remote book clubs? The students have selected to read The Truth as Told by Mason Buttle by Leslie Connor.
Thank you.
