Monday, January 25 is a big day in the children’s and teen literature/library world: the ALA Youth Media Awards! The awards will be announced Monday starting at 9:00 am during the ALA Midwinter Meeting and Exhibits virtual conference. Library staff, teachers and students, and book lovers worldwide are welcome to follow results by visiting ALA’s streaming platform at http://ala.unikron.com, or ALA’s social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter, by following hashtag #alayma.

In addition to the Coretta Scott King, Caldecott, Newbery, Printz and all your other favorite ALA Youth Media Awards, ALA also will announce Affiliate Awards Including the Asian/Pacific American Awards for Literature and Sydney Taylor Book Award.
