All year I have been displaying books and students have been browsing, after using hand sanitizer.
I think the air we are all breathing is a much bigger risk than touching books.

Hi Joan,

We have been displaying books all school year safely.  We wipe down all books and let dry before displaying.  Students also use hand sanitizer coming into and when leaving the library.

Hi All,

This year, we have refrained from putting books on display throughout the library in order to limit contact. We are wondering if others are doing the same, and also, is it time to once again entice readers to look at our wonderful books by arranging them face-out on shelves and by creating intriguing displays?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts,

Joan Temple
