From Diversity to Inclusion: How to audit your collection and why.

 

On Wednesday, April 14 from 11:00-12:00, join Children and YA Consultant Kym Powe as we dive into the makeup of the publishing industry, discuss the difference between a diverse collection and an inclusive one discuss the logistics of performing a diversity audit of your collection.

 

The examples and resources provided in this presentation will focus on youth collections, but the method of performing a diversity audit and the reason it’s necessary to perform audits, are universal to all collections.
