Subject: ARP ESSER Stakeholder Input
To: Soto, Chris <Chris.Soto@ct.gov>

Greetings Valued Stakeholders,

Last Friday, the Connecticut State Department of Education announced it is seeking input from its educational stakeholders to inform the development of the Department’s plan on priorities for funding received through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) fund.

As education stakeholders, I would like to personally invite you to attend one of the public forums we are holding in conjunction with the State Education Resource Center (registration information can be found here) and/or to fill out and submit the CSDE Public and Stakeholder Input Form to SDE.ARPESSER@ct.gov.

The Department is committed to continued two-way dialogue with its stakeholders, and we value your input as we craft our state plan to best support students’ academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as the needs of our educators and school communities.

If you have already received a similar note, I apologize for crowding your inbox but just to make sure this information is getting disseminated far and wide.

Best,

Chris
