Hi Sara,

We use LibraryTrac and are a school of about 1200.  We find the cost of using LibraryTrac is totally worth it.  Students sign in using their student ID number (we load directly from PowerSchool).   It allows us to use the data to track library use, it is helpful when advocating for teachers to have a "library duty" to help with coverage.  The login information is shared with staff, so our security monitors, study hall teachers and other staff can check to see when a student arrived and confirm they logged in.  While there is room for students to outsmart our system, we find this is rare.  They are a company with integrity as they allowed us to pause our subscription this year as the library has been utilized as a classroom during COVID.

I hope this helps.

Especially if you are in a high school, can you let me know how it is going?

Thanks!
