Good morning everyone.  

I am trying to develop my circulation plan for the upcoming school year and sell it to my administrators.  What is the current guidance regarding quarantining books after circulation?  I know my public library is not quarantining materials but I would like to have a reliable source to reference.  Any thoughts?
