Good morning,

After reviewing the state's recommended curriculum for the HS-level Black & Latino Studies course, it looks like the document links/directs users to a few subscription-only resources. Specifically, I am looking to provide access to my students and teachers to a couple of National Geographic online resources that are only available to subscribers.

These particular articles come up quickly in the course:

National Geographic: "There's No Scientific Basis for Race—It's a Made-Up Label" (seems to be available online to subscribers only)

National Geographic: "Who were the Moors?" (available online as a free trial article, but teacher must sign up email address)

Is anyone else looking to provide access to these articles? I know that ResearchIT CT has National Geographic, but it seems to be in a text-only archive format. I contacted Gale Cengage for pricing information to the National Geographic archives, but it is quite an investment in a year that we don't have the extra funds to spend.

Does anyone have advice for how to provide simultaneous teacher and student access to these recommended articles?

Thanks in advance,
