I've been charging sales tax for the last few book fairs. I did a Follett one and they required me to collect it, from that time I do it for Scholastic too. I only do tax free for school purchases.

PTO has a tax exempt status, but that's if THEY buy books...right?
Scholastic rep says yes, PTO says no. I'm stuck in the middle...my first time running the fair...HELP!!
