Hello,

I am also interested in this for grades 5 & 6.  For my SLOs this year, I am introducing students to our new databases and note taking skills to help them with their research/reports for their information and argumentative writing units.  In addition to this, I want them getting used to using the citations provided with the databases and creating a works cited page.

Respectfully,

Hello All -

I'm in search of ideas on how people are teaching research skills to middle schoolers.  If you're willing to share lessons/units/assessments, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Tom
