Hi!  I searched the archives but couldn't find the info I needed.

I have a student helper that will be helping in a para-type role a few hours a week.
He's with me to learn job skills so he can gain experience and eventually have a full time paying job.  My principal asked me to put together a "job" description for him listing skills and basic tasks.  It would be a great help if you can answer the following for me:

What basic skills do you seek in a para?
What are the main responsibilities for your para?
What is one thing you would want your para to do for you?

Any other suggestions are welcome.  I want him to gain the skills he needs and to keep him busy.

Thanks,
Laura
