_______________________________________________Good Morning,
I wanted to share that I recently completed a large book order from Follett with much success. It was for around $1500 to spend some funding that was given to me before the end of the year. Here is what I found to be successful for getting it filled:
*while the book order was for DNE (do not exceed) $1500 - the list of books I put into the order was almost double that in cost - I did this purposely so that Follett had a lot of choice to complete my order.
*I reviewed my list constantly up until submission and switched out paperbacks for hardcovers or follettbounds if one of those was in stock over the others. It might have cost me a few dollars more but the books would be available.
*I submitted the order in March, knowing that I had until now - May - to get the money spent and order completed. They shipped 3 separate boxes in a timely manner and I am happy to say I received them fairly quickly - a couple of weeks in between shipments.
*I do not do processing
*They filled the order within $2 of my do not exceed amount!
I hope this helps anyone wanting to continue using Follett for next year.

Subject: [CASL-L] book vendorsGood morning,Has anyone had success ordering from any other book vendor other than Follett? (orders coming in a timely manner...)The delays are months long and this has been an issue for over a year, so I am wondering if it is time to look elsewhere.Thank you for any information you can provide!--
