Hi Cathy,
Nothing particularly bad happens.  It's largely about a large Cuban family whose neighborhood and family restaurant are threatened by gentrification.  It's humorous and deals with crushes, family obligation, socio-economic and cultural issues, love, and loss.  Check out this video.

Is "The Epic Fail of Arturo Zamora" "traditional" and "nothing bad happens" enough?

Hi everyone,

We have a 1.0 Business Ed position in our high school. Please spread the word!

Also, Any suggestions for a ninth grade read, fiction, a "traditional" family where nothing bad happens? Leave it to Beaver type family?
