Library Media CIA
19.5 hours per week

Duties and requirements include but are not limited to:

 

Clean and inventory all overhead projectors and any other audio visual equipment needing maintenance,
Perform minor repairs on equipment.
Maintain daily inventory of all multimedia equipment in the school (preferably through Excel or Access spreadsheet).
Set up sound systems, microphones, podiums, tabletop microphone stands in auditorium, cafeteria and gymnasium for school and evening activities.
Maintain laptop computers - clean caches, temporary files, cookies and defrag hard drives.
Burn CDs, record DVRs and videotapes using digital video camcorder.
Take digital pictures of classroom events, student activities and presentations when requested.

Must be able to troubleshoot audio visual equipment and printers.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office software.

Assist LMS with teacher/student instructional collaboration, as needed
Assist LMS with clerical aspects of library management.

Other technical support of building at the request of building administration.
