Yesterday, we hosted a new author who is also a teacher in Connecticut, Chris Carlone. He was amazing. The students were rapt. Chris is funny and engaging, and since he's a teacher has great management skills. Being his first-ever visit as an author, we didn't do a whole school assembly and instead opted to host two classes at a time.
Nothing in it for me, but Chris is looking to spread the word about his book and I was impressed with what he had to share and the way he connected with students. So I figured I would give him a hand and share with all of you.
