You can reach out to the Portuguese Schools.  Many of them have small libraries of Portuguese books.  I know that the Our Lady of Fatima Portuguese School in Hartford had a library when my kids went through Portuguese school.  The number is 860-236-1443.  I believe that the director's name is Grace.  Hope this helps!
