GELS is an initiative of the CT State Library. The series of workshops strives to provide trainings that helps libraries become strength-based, trauma informed, antiracist,
social and emotionally conscious community institutions. In additions to live, virtual presentations by various experts, a libguides page has been created to house recordings, slides, and additional information that may
be helpful in facilitating daily library work and institutional change. The libguides is a living document and ever changing. Recently update pages include: For those who attended or watched GELS workshops we would appreciate if you would take a moment to
fill out the survey about the impact and application of the GELS workshop series on your daily library work. Your input and insights are much appreciated and will
