Hello LMSs, I am working on new staffing guidelines for our district.(urban district 20,000 students, K-12) I will certainly be using AASL standards as my guide. I would like to go into the meeting talking about best practices in the state, especially in light of the Ct Dept of Ed adopting the new AASL & ISTE standards in Dec 21 - Jan 22.

If you feel comfortable sharing your system's staffing information I would most appreciative. I am most interested in systems that have a FT LMS in each school.
