Hey Kim,
In Region 7, (Norfolk, Colebrook, Barkhamsted, New Hartford) we have one .5 LMS in the 7-12 grade library.  No para, just sub teachers when the LMS is not in school.  This way for the last 6 years.

Hello,

Our district has a full time certified LMS at all schools, some have a part time para or full time para or both depending on our numbers (how large our school is).

Hello LMSs, I am working on new staffing guidelines for our district.(urban district 20,000 students, K-12)  I will certainly be using AASL standards as my guide.  I would like to go into the meeting talking about best practices in the state, especially in light of the Ct Dept of Ed adopting the new AASL & ISTE standards in Dec 21 - Jan 22.
If you feel comfortable sharing your system's staffing information I would most appreciative. I am most interested in systems that have a FT LMS in each school.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.
