Morning- 

We do this for our Summer Reading Book clubs each year.  We limit groups to about 25 and use a Google Add on "Form Limiter".  There have been a few that we have used because some were no longer working, but it definitely does the trick!

We are trying to create a Google Form allowing students to sign up for 1 of 5 possible activities for an upcoming event.  In our dream world, once an activity has 25 students assigned to it, we want that option to no longer be available for others.  

Our technology interventionist has tried to use the extension "Google Form Grouping" but has had limited success.

I was wondering if anyone has any tricks to do this in a Google Form or if there is another platform you use for a similar situation.
