Hi all. Formatting thoughts for the following? TY!

I have a student who is referencing the Bible in their essay, but they're using a mobile app to get the translation.  I want to be sure it is cited appropriately.

Title: The Holy Bible
Bible Version: English Standard Version
Publisher: Crossway, copyright 2001, 2016 edition
App: YouVersion

(This is the desktop site for the app where I was able to find publication info... https://www.bible.com/versions/59-ESV-english-standard-version-2016)
