I am the User Experience Manager in the Bureau of Information Technology Services in the Department of Administrative services at the State of CT. To ensure the best experience for all citizens as they take advantage of the services offered by the State, we try to get as much firsthand user information and data as possible on how people interact with the State. 

We are looking to set up some online focus groups with parents, teachers and administrators to gather feedback on the CT Department of Education, and the needs and issues facing these groups as they interact with the state and agencies.  

Do you think you could help me with some potential teachers, paraprofessionals, parents, etc… that might be interested in participating? It shouldn’t be a huge commitment, most likely a 45 min online focus group or interview, maybe a survey.  We are looking to have one cohort of parents and another of professionals for the focus groups.
