I usually create a Google Slide then INSERT VIDEO.
The kids can access them!

Thank you, Shannon! I have used this, too. It works great for teachers to show a video to their class but since youtube is blocked for our students, these video links are also blocked for them.

Does anyone have any suggestions for free video editing programs that can be used on chromebooks? We already use WeVideo but want to see if there are any other options available. 

Also, can anyone recommend a site to create safe youtube links? Video link is awful. If you don't create a free account, your safe link expires in one hour. The links you create with a free account don't work well. When students pause the video, the video does not display on the screen still and it goes back to the beginning if they stop it.
