This happened to me twice when my school's IP addresses changed.  Once I provided the new IP to ResearchitCT, it worked.  I can access the databases now.

Yes, it's happening to us too.  I emailed Brad Bullis, and he let EBSCO know.  They opened a service ticket a couple of days ago, but I haven't heard back, and we're still having the issue.
