Hi all,
We had it in our HS library collection and the library para read it and immediately brought it to me with concerns for appropriateness. (She is in her early 20s and a big Tik Tokker). I read it and removed it from the library. In my opinion, it's not appropriate for high school. As spicy as the spiciest Colleen Hoover if that helps.
I was very disappointed to see the cover and the fact that it looks like a book cover that would easily attract younger readers.
My two cents.

Icebreaker by AL Graziadei is also upper teen, since he's in college as well.

That's actually Icebreaker by A.L. Graziadei not the one by Hannah Grace.

I haven't read it but I've seen at least 4 middle and high school librarians on BookTok talking about how the cartoony cover of this book has deceived people into thinking it's for a younger audience when it is really a book for adults.

I keep reading the word "spicy" in the reviews but having recently ordered medium spicy at a Thai restaurant I recognize how subjective that can be.

Thanks,

Matt
