Technology Certificate Program at CT State Three Rivers
The Connecticut State Community College Three Rivers offers a fully online Library Technology Certificate program that is recognized by ALA as an Approved Provider for their Library
Support Staff Certification (LSSC). This exciting course of study ensures that today’s students gain the knowledge they need to be successful working in 21st century libraries. 100% online courses and flexible scheduling options make this the perfect
program for anyone who wants to start a library career or broaden their library technology skill set.

A 27-30 credit, ALA-approved online certificate program designed to:

prepare individuals for employment in library positions that do not require a graduate degree.

improve the knowledge and skills of those already working in support staff positions in all types of libraries.

be convenient - The program is 100% online. Take courses from anywhere!

be flexible – the program can be completed in one year (full time) or more slowly (part time)

be affordable – Residents of CT, MA, RI and NY are eligible for
in-state
tuition at the CT State Three Rivers campus, and residents of ME, NH and VT are eligible for discounted tuition through the New England Board of Higher Education program
