Yes, I agree. I think this could be an article that every CASL member shares with their admin or something like that. 

Also, CASL has been working to be an exhibitor at more conferences, such as the counselor's conference, conferences where administrators are and even presenting at those. We will need to keep working at that to advocate more for ourselves.
