The Tonies company would like to partner with a library in Connecticut to pilot programming opportunities with Creative Tonies.  Some of their ideas are:

NEWS OF NOTE

 

Three cheers for Homa Naficy at the Hartford Public Library’s American Place.  She is one of 24 recipients of the Carnegie Corporations Great Immigrants, Great Americans award!

 

Out with the old, in with the new!  Officials approve demolition of webster bank to make way for a new Manchester library!

Congrats to UConn for an IMLS National Leadership Grant and the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe for an IMLS Native American/Native Hawaiian Museum Grant.
