Have you tried one of the many Bingo-type games/challenges that are out three? There are usually blocks for things like "Red a book by a Latine author," "Listen to an Odyssey winner from the past ten years," etc.  Easy to customize. You can do levels of prizes, from traditional straight-line Bingo to filling the board (for those super-competitive readers).  I think Book Riot posted a nice one a ew weeks ago.
