in both the Customer Service and PCI Webinars categories. This program is designed to help you grow your customer service confidence and skills, lower your stress, help you respond to difficult customer situations with renewed
energy and resolve and build more positive and long-lasting relationships with your customers. New Readers Advisory Training
EBSCO’s Learn with NoveList Learn with NoveList is a platform for library staff that currently offers 20 courses and 45 hours of learning around the topics of Readers Advisory and inclusive
promotions. Many of you attended our Readers Advisory workshop series this year with Becky Spratford, and we are excited to see the learning continue. Limited numbers of seats are available for this first year and we will be reaching out to libraries soon
with information on how to access this exciting product. Northstar Digital Literacy – 3 openings left for public libraries Current libraries using the subscription are using the service with staff and their patrons to promote digital literacy and assess their digital literacy skills.
