Today is October 19, the #FreedomToRead Day of Action and I'm standing against book bans. When we stand in solidarity, we can make a difference. Join me by adding your my name to the Freedom to Read pledge and instantly send an email to your elected representatives to tell them how important this issue is to you.

Also, leverage your influence and share this message with others by encouraging them to join in too. You can read more about ways to take action via Unite Against Book Bans.

Thank you for all you do each and every day to serve learners.

Becky Calzada
