Hi Allison,I have about 50 Wonder Books in my K-6 library. I allow grade 2-6 to borrow them. I think they're great. I prefer them to playaways because they have a USB charger as opposed to a battery, they only take an hour to charge, and the audio component is attached to the book. They're great for below grade level readers to access grade level texts.I have had a few audio components detach from the book, but we were able to glue them back on.Hope this helps,

Has anyone (especially at the middle school level) used these? Playways are decently popular at my school, but we have to constantly source or order a book to go along with it as a companion so they can read along as they listen. This seems like a perfect solution. Thanks for any info!--Mrs. Allison GaleLibrary Media SpecialistHelen Keller Middle School Media CenterInstagram: @hkmsmediacenter
