CLC has a discount contract with USI for lamination machines, laminating film, and more. They are based in Madison. I called a little while ago to see if USI still repairs laminator machines, and yes, they do. Have your model and serial number ready when you call. USI will let you know if they can repair your machine or provide the names of independent contractors that do the work.  More info below (CLC login required):

Hi Michelle and Loretta,

I found a place online called Supreme Office Technology in North Haven that has good customer service reviews.  Has anyone on this list used them?

Following this.  I was quoted $500 for one year of maintenance/repair for one machine from GBC.

Hi,

I am reaching out to see if anyone has experience having a GBC Ultima laminator repaired. Our machine is in need of repair; however, a service call fee from GBC to come out is quite costly. Has anyone had a GBC laminator repaired and if so, what repair service did you use? Do you have to go directly through GBC for repairs or did you use a local service? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
