The CASL Board of Directors has been working on revising our Constitution and Bylaws this year. At our last meeting of the Board of Directors, the board voted to post the proposed changes and warn the membership of the upcoming vote.
The current Constitution and Bylaws and a link to the DRAFT Constitution and Bylaws with proposed revisions visible in the form of strike-throughs has been published to the Constitution and Bylaws page under the CASL Home menu of the CASL website. The documents will be viewable from now until December 18, 2024. On December 4, 2024, you will receive an email with the poll to vote. Voting is open from December 4, 2024 until December 18, 2024.
Please do not make any changes to the DRAFT document.
It is important to have as many CASL members as possible vote. Thank you in advance for your help.
