I echo what Larissa just wrote: I really like Mackin. Their interface is user-friendly, their customer service is excellent, the book quality is good, and their processing is well worth the cost. They may be slightly higher priced than Ingram or other companies, but for me, the pros far outweigh this slight difference.

I switched from Follett to mackin last year and have 0 regrets. We used them for classroom libraries this year, too. I find them very personable and easy to work with. When I call there general number and speak to the operator I can ask for someone by forest name and get transferred.

I pay for their processing and am very pleased.

Hi all!

Mackin was a vendor at the CLC Expo yesterday (which was great, by the way!), and we are thinking we might want to start using them. We'd appreciate any input/feedback from anyone who uses Mackin. Specifically, availability of titles, pricing, how well books hold up, and compatibility with Destiny.

Thanks in advance!
