I switched from Follett to mackin last year and have 0 regrets. We used them for classroom libraries this year, too. I find them very personable and easy to work with. When I call there general number and speak to the operator I can ask for someone by forest name and get transferred.I pay for their processing and am very pleased. On Wed, Nov 13, 2024 at 8:21 AM Angela Antonelli <aantonelli@avon.k12.ct.us> wrote:Hi all!Mackin was a vendor at the CLC Expo yesterday (which was great, by the way!), and we are thinking we might want to start using them. We'd appreciate any input/feedback from anyone who uses Mackin. Specifically, availability of titles, pricing, how well books hold up, and compatibility with Destiny. Thanks in advance!--Angela Antonelli
