Jon Oosterman spent six years teaching middle school science while also serving as the head coach of Science Olympiad. He helped his school transition to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) for a broader and more comprehensive understanding of STEM. As a VAI Education Learning Specialist, Jon endeavors to create learning experiences that are fun, dynamic, and memorable for all students.
