Hi all -
We've noticed that there are people that should be getting emails from CASL's Wild Apricot service that sometimes aren't getting them. For example, if you signed up for an event, but then never get an email about it or the link.
Sometimes the email that you have provided for your membership has a typo or your school district email makes it bounce back. If these things happen, it will stop sending emails.
If you think this might be happening, check your CASL account and/or email
membership@ctcasl.org so we can figure it out. We don't always see it on our end.
