This is a reminder that ACES is hosting the workshop Play-Based Learning for School Librarians on January 30, 2025,  9 am – 12 pm.

This workshop is designed for school librarians to explore play-based learning and its application within the elementary school library. It will focus on how school librarians can support inquiry, collaboration, and creative exploration through play. Participants will learn strategies to design standards-based learning opportunities that incorporate play, examine teaching practices that foster curiosity and engagement, and utilize formative assessment techniques to evaluate and enhance play experiences. This workshop emphasizes the library's role as a space for discovery, critical thinking, and joyful learning for elementary-age children.

Details, cost, and registration info is in the attached flyer or visit www.aces.org/workshops.
