Hi Melissa,
Thanks for your patience with this issue. Here is the information I received from EBSCO.

Scholastic Publications are not available due to the publisher declining to continue the current licensing agreement. At this time, we do not expect to resolve this issue in the near term and will be closing coverage for this publication. When/if a new agreement is reached, the publication will be reinstated. 

Sorry for the bad news. If I hear anything additional, I'll let you know.
