Hi Lauren,
We have used quite a few incentives.  We have created scratch-off coupons (purchase scratch-off stickers and make your own) for good library behavior.  When kids scratch them, the coupons reveal either, "Have a nice day" or "Prize."  We give scented pencils as prizes.  We also have a prize box, posters (left over from the Book Fair), and free books (purchased from Scholastic FACE) that we use as incentives for other initiatives.  Finally, I purchased a spinner on which we can write, and we've used that at times for prize selection as well.

Good morning everyone,

I'm looking for ideas for reading incentive programs to use with Middle School students that you have had success with. Thank you so much!
