Library Community,
We need your help! We are conducting a survey to gather insights from the library community in Connecticut about
LGBTQIA+ experiences and perspectives. This survey is open to everyone—whether you identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or not, and we are especially looking for input from people working in
all types of libraries: public, academic, school, and special libraries.
Your responses will inform an upcoming panel discussion at the CLA Annual Conference, which will be held on
Monday, April 28th from 11:00 AM - 12:50 PM (Sessions 3 + 4 double session). The panel will explore ways to foster inclusivity and support for LGBTQIA+ individuals in libraries, and your feedback is essential to ensuring that we have a well-rounded perspective
on these important issues.
The survey is anonymous, and your input will help shape conversations that promote a more inclusive and supportive library environment for all.
Early Bird Registration for the CLA Conference is available until Saturday, March 15th—register today to secure your spot at this exciting event and save money on registration before rates go up:
