Good morning amazing CT school librarians!  I hope you are having a smooth end to your school year.  I am reaching out as I need help with a book recommendation.

We are looking for a book - for our faculty - that handles the topic of having difficult conversations.  We are not really looking for those centered around race or diversity - but more about the dynamics of difficult conversations related to change, the admin to teacher dynamic, and being able to have open conversations, no matter your role or status.  It can be centered around education or not.

I'm looking forward to anything you come up with!
