I have not read these yet, but I was planning to this summer (b/c librarians end up having difficult conversations!):I'm currently listening to: The Next Conversation: Argue Less, Talk More which has been great, but I think might be more of a supplemental read for those who want to go father.

I am reaching out as I need help with a book recommendation._______________________________________________We are looking for a book - for our faculty - that handles the topic of having difficult conversations. We are not really looking for those centered around race or diversity - but more about the dynamics of difficult conversations related to change, the admin to teacher dynamic, and being able to have open conversations, no matter your role or status. It can be centered around education or not.I'm looking forward to anything you come up with!Thank you -Jen LarkinE.O. Smith High School
