hey!  I see a bunch of Anonymous Otters and other critters checking out my FTR Needs Assessment.

Does it make sense?  Am I missing something?

Like I said, I created it to make the legal writing more concrete.  Does it work?

I may be presenting this to my bosses, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
