The State Library in Idaho has a great series of online on-demand free classes for those just starting out in libraries:  https://libraries.idaho.gov/continuing-education/able/.  Highly recommend!

With the 18 hrs of PD para's need to complete now, we are struggling to find relevant resources to her role/ relevant to library world. So far, I found the Vanderbilt IRIS modules (aren't library oriented), and Follet Webinars, which might be our best bet. She has worked as a behavior technician and long term sub so she has the classroom management/ behavior components under her belt already.
