One of my high school English teachers has a creative writing class. One of the goals of the class is to publish an anthology of their short stories. We think we have a publisher (Barnes and Noble self-publishing), BUT the teacher would need to format the book appropriately. 

The issue we are running into is that the district has no option to pay with anything other than purchase orders. And most of the self-publishing requires a credit card. There is software out there, but it takes intensive learning to be able to format independently. And the teacher doesn't have the time it would need to learn it all.

Does anyone have any resources for formatting/publishing books where we can use a purchase order? It doesn't have to be B&N if there's a full service place that would take purchase orders. Or any other ideas to get this book published? Thank you!
