Recharging in Challenging Times is built around conversation, and the event's six facilitator-led sessions are where that conversation goes deepest. In candid discussions with peers who understand your day-to-day reality, you will move beyond presentations to focus on what is working, what is not, and what comes next.

These conversations are designed to slow things down and invite deeper participation across three event tracks: Preserving Intellectual Freedom, Strengthening Leadership, and Sustaining Wellbeing. You will gain fresh perspectives, learn from colleagues facing similar challenges, and leave with practical strategies you can put into action right away.
