Hi Lauren and CASL Folks,

I’m going to answer the question in a very broad way because I wanted to remind you that Connecticut Library Consortium (CLC) has nine furniture dealers that represent over 190 furniture manufacturers.

The nine dealers offer services like design and consultation services, project management, installation services and so much more. The nice thing is no project is too big or too small for them. The dealers work with several furniture suppliers so you will have lots of options.

There’s more information on CLC’s Furniture Page: https://www.ctlibrarians.org/page/furniture

Please REMEMBER THE 3 Rs!

We currently have 130+ contracts in the following categories:

The links below will give you an overview of the 130+ vendors with CLC contracts.

And remember CLC membership is a gateway to discounts and benefits for the entire district. All departments, educators, administrators, and support staff can purchase off CLC’s contracts. The sole exception is Amazon Business, which is for libraries only.

Share CLC’s contracts with:

Not sure if you are a member of CLC or would like to learn more about joining. Click on CLC Membership for more information.  Of course, you can contact me any time with your questions about CLC membership and our negotiated contracts with 130+ vendors.

Thank you,

Julie

Subject: [CASL-L] New library ideas

Hi everyone,

We are in the middle of a major renovation and I was asked to provide a list of furniture/fixtures I might want for the new space. Think book drops, easels, ect.

I am the only LMS in my district so I'd love some ideas from others! I work in a PreK-8th grade school for reference.

Thanks!
